My so-called life: Becca

Senior season is all around! I have so much fun with these seniors going on adventures during their shoot and Becca was no exception! We stumbled upon this gorgeous sunflower field and I knew we had hit the jackpot. Besides being incredibly hot- it was a ton of fun! She was a trooper and nothing was going to stop us from getting the shot! Enjoy these photos.....

{Lindsay & Ben} Charlotte Wedding Photographer

Lindsay and Ben had a beautiful wedding a couple of weekends ago and Joe and I were so happy to be a part of it! Another great flower job by Barbara, owner of From This Day Forward. I loved the color scheme, something you don't see all the time. Their reception was held at The Club at Irish Creek, and if you haven't checked it out, it is a great venue right in Kannapolis! The staff there are amazing and go out of their way to make your day perfect.

We got ready at the bride's home and the house was buzzing with excitement. Lindsay and Ben have been college sweethearts and it was a beautiful coming together of their families who have loved them as a couple for all of these years. L and B- hope the honeymoon was amazing! Love these photos.....

My so-called life: Savannah

Seriously, how can my senior clients get ANY cuter! Savannah is just precious and we had so much fun on our session together. Looking at Savannah's hair makes me want to grow mine out(even though it would take 7 years and my hair has zero wave or volume to it) A girl can dream though! And I know I always say this- but where do these girls get their amazing fashion sense! Enjoy this beautiful girl!

True Love-Stacy and Bubba

Love is in the air! Stacy and Bubba are getting married this December and I know it is going to be wonderful! We played around in Salisbury for their session...and luckily we beat the heat:) I don't know about ya'll but these last couple of days have been just a little bit of torture with how gross it has been around here! Stacy's blue eyes kill me in these pics.....Congrats you two!!

The Workshop

This past Saturday was the first ever Lindsey Lee Photography WORKSHOP. I had such a blast teaching some amazing women how to operate their DSLR's. I held The Workshop at The Loft at 14th, a great new venue that my friend Meredith owns and runs in downtown Concord. It is so fun and snazzy and I loved holding the event there- it was absolutely perfect! I was really nervous going into The Workshop(nervous that I would be lame, not know what I was talking about, and not know the answers to anyones questions), but everyone that came was so awesome and such great "students":) If you would like to be added to the mailing list to be informed about future workshops, just send me an email to lindseyleelancaster@gmail.com with the subject WORKSHOP. I hope to be able to hold these a couple times a year.

Here are some photos that Joe and I took during The Workshop. We had a teaching time, then some lunch, then our fabulous model Taylor came to be our muse. You may remember her senior session here. It was a great day and I can't wait to do it again!

Bridals: Laurie

While I am still recovering from Laurie and Chris's fabulous wedding that happened yesterday at Graylyn, I was dying to get up her bridal portraits! We took the bridals at Graylyn, too, and the service and grounds there are second to none! This place is gorgeous and I can't wait to share more from the wedding.

My so-called life: Stevie

It's that time of year again!! Senior photo time! So excited to kick off senior season with Stevie! We had such a blast on our shoot- and she had so many cute clothes for us to play in! I've said it before, but accessories make a huge difference in your photos- so be sure to note how adorable Stevie's are in this session. Stevie had help from start up stylist, Sydney, so shoot me an email if you want more info on her services.

We shot our whole session on Stevie's family land. Let me tell you, I couldn't have searched out better spots myself! Enjoy a super long sneak peak!

True Love- Jaclyn and Tyler

Love these two people! Jaclyn and Tyler are so fun to be around and we laughed A LOT at their session! We went to various locations around Charlotte to get these fun shots. True story, Jaclyn and Tyler met at the beach. Yup:) So fun that 6 years later here they are getting married! Enjoy!

{Emily and Brandon} concord wedding photographer

Her smile is contagious and his presence is calm. Those two things alone will make for a glorious wedding day! Emily and Brandon had an amazing ceremony and reception at Saratoga Springs. Let me just tell you, if you are looking for a venue where the staff do everything, the place is gorgeous, and you are in need of a very low stress day- this is the place for you! Everything was just so relaxed under the summer sun and it was honestly one of the least stressful weddings I have ever shot. Since everything is on-site- the wedding party can get ready at their leisure while the staff set up. amazing.

Emily and Brandon have so much love for each other and the people around them just can't do anything but smile. I know you will do these same when you look at these.....and don't forget about the slideshow at the bottom.

{Cameron & Frank} washington, nc wedding photographer

Cameron and Frank had a beautiful, albeit hot, wedding in little Washington, NC. I did one of my first weddings there so it is always fun to go back and visit some of Joe and I's favorite spots when we are in town. The church they got married in is absolutely beautiful and their reception at the local country club was perfectly set up. Cameron and Frank had what I like to call "now that's a wedding party"!
