True Love- Natasha and Matt + a giveaway

This week has been a pretty fun one!! My birthday was on Tuesday and I have seen lots of fun friends this week and had a great outing to The Cheesecake Factory. A couple of weeks ago I shot Natasha and Matt's AMAZING Norfolk wedding up in VA. I cannot wait to share those images with you, but for now here is their engagement session that we squeezed in RIGHT before the wedding. They had only one day that we could do it, and it decided to rain, of course. These two, are troopers though, and we managed, rain drops and all. Lots of umbrella holding to protect hair! The rain, however, did make it not 900 billion degrees, which was nice. Look for their wedding soon and enjoy these shots!

True Love-Terri and Fred

While Jessie's parents were in town for her wedding, they decided to have a little love shoot to commemorate their anniversary. How amazingly sweet!!!! It was so fun to get to hang out with them a little extra aside from the wedding- and to really get to know them better. Jessie is blessed to have two amazing parents who love each other and who are STILL completely smitten with being together. These two don't mind snuggles!!!!! I loved it- Enjoy!

True Love- Anna and Tim

Love these two! Even more because of the fact that they were total troopers in 150% humidity the other week at our session together. Seriously, it was so gross hot/wet outside and they pushed through. I am super pumped for their outdoor wedding at the Providence Country Club next spring. I know it is going to be just beautiful! Don't you just love it that these two basically have the same name? I do! No, they will probably never live it down, but I happen to think it adds to their total cuteness together. They are completely photogenic, and my blog readers know how I love a good smile, and these two both have the best around! Had too many favorites to pics, so here is True Love overload. Enjoy!

I am getting a little out of order here, but figured you all needed to see a really cute couple asap. Meet Rachelle and Aaron. I can't wait for their wedding at The Duke Mansion. We headed there for their engagement session, and let me assure you that their garden wedding is going to be absolutely amazing! Enjoy this true love...

True Love- Emily and Eddie

Who would know it was February from looking at these photos! Emily and Eddie lucked out with some amazing weather and we had such a fantastic engagement session. I had a lot of favorites because they were just so darn cute together! And Emily, she tried to say she wasn't photogenic, but I disagree. strongly. These two have a comfortableness(is that a word?) that is tangible in these photos. They made my job easy...real easy. Have a wonderful President's Day!

True Love- Katie and Haskell

" So, basically, you are in love." Yup, I call my friends out like that:) I am so happy that my dear friend Katie has met the man of her dreams!!! When 2010 started, I know she had no clue she would end the year engaged, and that is what has made their love story so awesome. It all started with a trip to NYC, a mutual friend, and the rest was history! I am pumped for Katie and Haskell's wedding this summer.....it is bound to be a par-tay with lots of familiar faces and even some past LLP brides. I can't wait! As I was going through their sessions I couldn't help but think how perfect their future kids teeth are going to be. I even pointed it out to Joe as he looked over my shoulder. He cares about things like that, I promise. Those are some great chompers, you two! Enjoy!

True Love- LeAnn & Eric

I would say this girl is totally gorgeous and totally knows how to work the camera, but seeing as how if I was 5 ft tall and had long hair we would look the exact same, then that would maybe be a wierd thing for me to say. So instead I will just say I love her. and I love Eric. We knew my sis would find someone great- and 5 years ago she did! They made it through her law school and his masters and CPA courses(yea, they are totally a power couple), so when the engagement came in September we could not all be more excited. I am pumped for the wedding day, but I am also super pumped for LeAnn's bridal portraits. I die at her dress. Really, I do.

It is actually pretty ridiculous my amount of favorites, so I just went for it and posted "most" of them.

I really think LeAnn looks like my mom in the photo above. And me. Joe thinks she looks like my Granmaw Fran.

I managed to not be too stressful of a photographer and sister during this shoot. The same week I took shots of LeAnn and her partner Hilary(to come soon) so that shoot was a little more stressful where I was fussing at LeAnn to do her real smile, that her hair wasn't cooperating, and that her eye kept closing. It actually ended up being great practice for this session!:) She had her skills down pat....and Eric, he was just his studly self. He's a natural so I didn't have to yell at him any;)

Loveshoot- April and Cody

I love these two...like a lot. It helps that April is one of my oldest and best friends. It makes me happy when she smiles. And Cody, your not so bad yourself:) Happy Thursday!

True Love- Allison and Matt

A couple of weeks ago we shot Allison and Matt's engagement session down on her family land in Dallas, NC. Yes, Dallas:) It was a beautiful property with lots and lots of pretty horses...I was in heaven! They wanted to get a vintage look- so they had some pretty awesome outfits planned to go along with Allison's granddad's car. I love how these turned out! Enjoy!
