Pretty in Pink

Meet this pretty couple...and their pretty children!! I labeled this entry "Pretty in Pink" because I loved the pink accents that Kevin and Cybil and their two cuties wore for our shoot! (Kevin may or may not appreciate the title:)) With all the rain, everything is sprouting up green all over and it was a beautiful afternoon. I could not even think of picking 10 favorites for a blog entry, so I think I picked over 20. That should do! (Even though I still have more that I die over). You may remember Ella and Lucy from a post a couple of months ago- now Lucy is a little older and it was time to do some family shots! Here are the things I loved most about this shoot:

1. This family being game for ANYTHING- even walking through briars.

2. Lucy insisting on playing with her toes THE ENTIRE shoot! Too cute!

3. Ella's Ballet skirt.

4. The way this family loves each other.

5. Lucy not getting fussy except for when we tried to put her on grass. She hates grass...

Just to name a few! Love these amazing shots of this beautiful family!

I am just going to go ahead and just put my favorite shot first. This is exactly what I envisioned for our shoot, and it happened in less than 10 frames!

My So-Called Life: SENIORS- Emily

This shoot is part two of the promotional material I wrote about a couple of posts ago.  Emily goes to Northwest and is a rising senior.  May I just note that every high school girl I know has awesome hair.  When I was 17, I did not know how to do my hair/have awesome hair.  I am just going to throw that out there.  If you are interested in how Lindsey Lee Photography can make your senior pictures something to talk about, be sure to email me- I am taking summer bookings NOW.

My So-Called Life: SENIORS- Logan

Ok, Seriously, this girl is amazingly beautiful!!! Meet Logan, and her incredibly beautiful eyes, hair, sense of style, EVERYTHING! I loved this shoot. Logan is so photogenic, so literally every shot is frame worthy. I had more than enough favorites to pick from (164 to be exact). Fall in love with these.....

Does Logan have one great head of hair or what.  I'm not even going to mention her eyes.

These two RIGHT HERE need to be in a magazine advertising a  love for life, having a totally free spirit, and being young and carefree.  That is what they say to me at least!  One word: Seriously.

My So-Called Life: SENIORS- Justin

Last weekend I set out with two rising seniors to work on some promotional stuff that I have going.  Here is part one of the session, Justin.  We are going to do his "for real" senior pictures later in the summer, but this was for my advertising campaign. ( I have an advertising campaign? Apparently:))  Justin is a big ball player- so we took some of these at the dugout at the NW ball field.  So fun!  Enjoy!

Here Comes the Bride

Last weekend Joe and I attended a wedding of some close family friends.   It was a beautiful wedding at First Methodist in downtown Salisbury....where Joe grew up!   It was great to see so many friends from Salisbury and to get to do a little shag dancing at the reception!  I couldn't resist snapping a couple of photos for Carrie and Staton and thought I would post them on here so they could have a looksie.  Carrie and Staton, it was a wonderful wedding- I hope you like these!

This is sweet Becky, Joe's mom's best friend.  She is looking on as her husband Rikki gave a very very sweet toast- to the happy couple and to her for being an amazing mother and wife. Aw and Sigh.

They are probably going to kick my butt, but this is my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law getting their electric slide on.  Ha!

These were some awesome center pieces.  They just looked so cool!
